Sasha was amazing. She was so patient with me. Helped me with the state farm app and the drive safe and save. Everyone in the office is awesome! This office goes above and beyond for their customers.

I enjoyed having insurance with state farm. everything was simple and i never had any hassles. i had insurance through them for 7 years. i recently purchased a brand new vehicle and needed my insurance updated for the loan. i called immediately when purchasing to get this taken care of and was told they would call me back later that day which was a friday. it was the weekend and i know things slip through the cracks so i was trying to be understanding with not receiving a call back. i called monday afternoon after no word and the phone was answered by Rose. i had to explain the situation multiple times to make her understand. she told me once again someone would call me back and i questioned it because no one as called me back yet. i didn’t hear anything else monday so i went ahead and got insurance with another provider since my loan was being held up. i also work in customer service so i try my best to be polite and understanding in situations like these. this however was handled extremely poorly.

I had some questions on my monthly bill, and Anthony went over my policy me. He helped me with a couple of adjustments without losing coverage that will save me $20-$30 a month. I appreciate the time he took to go over things with me, and saved me some money.

I have been with Anthony Sacco Insurance for many years. I've insured several houses, cars, and company trucks with Anthony. Never had a single home owner's claim and he was seemingly always great to work with...up until i finally needed his help with a home claim. So i filed a claim and got a call from state farm's corporate office the next day telling me that they wouldn't cover my homeowners claim. I thought it was surely a mistake and called Anthony for clarification, yet he wasn't the same Anthony. He was short, and seemed annoyed that i filed a homeowner's claim. I was pretty taken back by it. He absolutely refused to help in any way, as a matter of fact, he went out of his way to not help. So when it matters the most and you need his assistance for your home owner's claim, believe me, Anthony Sacco will tuck his little tail between his legs and stab you in the back. He sure had no problem taking our money over the years.... What a disappointment. STAY FAR AWAY. If you want STATE FARM, try a different agent that can get things done. -VETBUILD.
